The Street Food Pro 360 immersion course was created earlier in 2014  in conjunction with the goals of the World Street Food Congress. Its aim is to deliver a new thinking for a new breed of street food chefs and professionals entering the business, or advancing with new ideas and concepts to up their game. This initial 30 hour course touched on the multitude of old and new aspects of the heritage and street food industry. It touched on stall design, new street food entrepreneurship and ideas, food heritage and history, cooking demos, food court management styles, the various platforms and business models for heritage and street food business, getting the brand out there and even social media strategies, among others.

The Street Food Pro 360 was conducted in collaboration with E2i (Employees and Employability Institute of Singapore) whose goals are to create better professionals and workers for the industry at large. 18 students, from various professional backgrounds have graduated from the first course and are now having gigs at various street food establishments.

The World Street Food Congress with E2i and Makansutra is currently working on the second phase of the Street Food Pro 360 course.
